    Position Overview:

     

    The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with our medical staff and business leaders to continually optimize the products and services offered. For the right person, this is a tremendous opportunity to have a big impact on an exciting, high-growth consumer company.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee and grow the business aspects of our home care products including managing the P/L for our e-commerce business as well as in clinic sales of home care products.
    • Partner with our medical experts to evaluate new and existing service offerings, including the equipment and technology behind them.  Your role will be to drive the overall evaluation process while providing market and financial analysis.
    • Coordinate the rollout and internal communications of new products & services, working with marketing, merchandising, clinic operations, and our medical teams.
    • Manage relationships with existing and new product and services vendors.
    • Play a leadership role in establishing our quarterly and annual promotion calendar that aligns with our business goals.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to help drive business strategy.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
    • 5+ years work experience, including 2+ years of brand or product marketing experience; consumer products or services experience a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability and comfort to identify insightful data & trends and drive business performance.
    • Data & financial analysis – A passion and expertise with data, excel, and mining insights.
    • Market analysis – Understanding the pulse of the market by constantly monitoring the category, our partners, and competitors.   
    • Consumer research – Ability to run surveys, talk with customers, and understand what they care about most.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage several initiatives and priorities at one time.
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to gather input and information from across the organization to yield better decisions and get buy-in.
    • Creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage several initiatives and priorities at one time.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
