    GrowthMindset is seeking a SCCM Administrator for a 6 month contract position with one of our leading clients in Tukwila, WA.


    The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability of the company systems which support Business Units and Membership.  This person will have ownership of applications and application packing using SCCM.


    • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with the company Competencies and Information Protection requirements.
    • Imaging and packing applications and working on system center configuration manager to Microsoft products.
    • Manage at least one application: patch mgmt., batch processing, file transfer, anti-virus and backup administration to include the installation of application, upgrades, patches, releases and enhancements on development, test, disaster recovery and production systems. Serve as technical escalation point for assigned applications.
    • Coordinate installation of new hardware/software: install, test and monitor the operation of computer hardware and software, configure hardware and software to meet departments’ needs.
    • Coordinate the installation of virtual instances via cloud or other provider “click and build” type of portals:  install, test and monitor the operation of virtual server and software instances, configure the virtual instances to meet departments’ needs.
    • Ensure the reliability and consistency of each server through server configuration and maintenance, including the application of security patches and virus pattern updates.
    • Provide first level technical support and resolution of a majority of business system applications.
    • Manage and complete the daily processing responsibilities to ensure the quality, accuracy and integrity of information and systems.
    • Create and maintain documentation (procedures, system diagrams, checklists, etc.) to ensure systems are reliable and processes are completed accurately and timely.
    • Oversee the management and support of the data centers, which includes; racking and cabling of IT equipment, responding to facility equipment alerts and maintaining physical security of the data center by limiting access to those authorized personnel with proper identification.
    • Provide augmented Facilities and Security support for the Spokane Data Center.
    • Provide training for back-up personnel, other IT staff, BSAs and/or business units on IT Operations applications and processes.
    • Triage security related alerts in a timely manner including escalation to the Security team when required.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.


    • Knowledge of application packaging for SCCM/Citrix is required
    • Experience with SCCM 2012 or newer is required
    • Experience in imaging through SCCM
    • Working knowledge of PowerShell
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer operations, installation, configuration and maintenance of Enterprise servers and related peripheral equipment required.
    • Minimum 2 year of experience in system administration working with AD, DNS, virtualization, clustering, storage and disaster recovery.
    • Minimum 2 year of experience working with financial institution software application and data center support preferred
    • Excellent knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft, Unix, Linux) SQL and/or various relational database concepts and languages required.
    • Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and implement multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with the company and industry project management methodologies.
    • Maintain system knowledge and be aware of developments in the technical and financial services industry.
    • Working knowledge of hardware and software used within the IT area and the industry.
    • Associate’s degree in business, communications or computer science, or equivalent work or educational experience required.
