    GrowthMindset is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for a direct hire position located in North Andover, MA with one of our leading clients.

     

    We are looking for an innovative Marketing Campaign Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing processes that ensure best practices in demand generation using both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.

     

    This individual will oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions for their assigned business unit. Additionally, the Marketing Campaign Manager will oversee the development of campaign deliverables with in-house and external partners and regularly report on campaign performance. This individual will act as a liaison between Marketing Communications and their assigned business units.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Developing and managing execution of integrated marketing campaign plans (B2B and B2C) that support assigned business unit’s objectives and drive awareness and growth
    • Managing all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and scheduling, budget planning and tracking of expense, creative and production timelines, consolidating and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics/effectiveness, and driving improvements
    • Project managing execution of marketing deliverables for new product launches ensuring on-time delivery and identifying and communicating potential issues/risks to cross functional team of product managers, sales managers, internal creative services, and external agencies
    • Managing the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns paths that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics
    • Managing the strategy of trade shows/events and memberships related to their assigned business unit and overseeing execution to include pre and post-event promotions, coordination of editorial meetings, and lead follow up

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications
    • Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and best practices
    • Demonstrated success in developing and launching marketing campaigns on time and on budget that deliver results
    • Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, and digital marketing activities
    • Proven experience in measuring and reporting marketing campaign results
    • Superior project management and organizational skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, preferred
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
    • Up to 20% travel
    What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements on this position?
